Radiesse Side Effects:

Possible side Effects experienced by patients who had Radiesse treatments are the same or common to injection- related reactions such as pain and tenderness in the site of injection, redness, swelling, itching. Typically these effects will subside within one to two days after injection.

Radiesse Precautions:

Patients who are taking medication should consult their Doctor first before using Radiesse. Any medication should be avoided few days preceding the treatment. Avoid using NSAID (Non Steroidal Anti- Inflammatory Drugs), aspirin and high dose of Vitamin E one week before treatment, these medications may increase bruising and bleeding at the site of injection. Alcohol consumption should also be avoided before the treatment because it will affect blood circulation which can have an impact in the effectiveness of the treatment. Please be aware that the risk of needle puncture prior to having facial cold sores could result to recurrence.
