Q1: Do I need a prescription?
A: Yes. Like your local pharmacy, AmaMeds.com requires a prescription
before it can provide your medications. Please send us your medical
practitioner's prescription. If you have submitted your Patient Information
Form and Authorization & Release Forms online, then you should include your
order ID number on the prescription when you send this to us

Q2: Will I get the same medications my doctor prescribed?
A: Yes. AmaMeds.com will fill your prescription as written by your
medical practitioner. If there is a lower cost generic drug available and your
medical practitioner allows, you will be dispensed the lower cost drug. Our
pharmacist will never change a drug without your physician's authorization.

Q3: How do Canadian medications compare in quality to
International medications?
A: Canada has exceptionally high standards, a rigorous approval system and very
strict requirements for the manufacturing and sale of brand and generic
medications. These requirements are very similar to, and sometimes higher than,
those of other industrialized countries.

Q4: How can I pay for my order?
A: AmaMeds.com accepts Visa and MasterCard. We also accept certified
checks and money orders, however, these must clear your bank before the
medication will be shipped, thus delaying the arrival of your order. We do not
accept other credit cards or any other form of payment.

Q5: Why are prescription drugs so affordable in Canada?
A: The price you pay for medications is less than in other countries because:
(1) The Canadian government regulates the cost of prescription drugs, keeping
prices down;
(2) There are more generic drugs (substitutes for brand name drugs) in Canada
than in other industrialized countries;
(3) The Canadian Dollar is weak in comparison to the UK Pound, the Euro and the
US Dollar

Q6: Are there any hidden fees?
A: No you will only pay for the price of the medication and a single shipping
and handling fee of $10.00. There are no membership fees or additional charges.

Q7: My spouse and I are ordering at the same time, can we save

order that you would like your orders shipped together and we will only charge
you a single $10.00 shipping and handling fee.

Q8: Are there any limits on the quantity of medications I can
buy at one time?
A: Yes. Typical International Customs allow us to mail you up to a 90-day supply
of each drug per order for personal use only. If your physician writes a
prescription for more than a 3-month supply, AmaMeds.com can process
refill orders as they come due. You can choose to have us send you the next
refill automatically just before your supply is scheduled to run out (ensuring
an uninterrupted treatment), or you can advise us when to send refills. There
are no restrictions on the number of types of drugs in each order.
